Safety Harbor Jiu-Jitsu offers the following programs for all our members. All of our programs are designed for adults and kids.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  • Group Class.
  • Kids and Adults.
  • Taught by main instructor.
  • 1 hour class.
  • GI/KIMONO required. 
  • The class focuses in learning self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu. It begins with a warm-up, followed by technique/drilling, and ends with stretching.

Submission grappling 

  • Group Class.
  • Kids and Adults.
  • Taught by main instructor.
  • 1 hour class.
  • NO GI/KIMONO required.  (board shorts or GI pants, and t-shirt or rash guard required).
  • The class focuses in learning self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu. It begins with a warm-up, followed by technique/drilling, and ends with stretching.

YOGA (Group Classes)

  • Group class.
  • Kids and Adults.
  • Taught by a certified YOGA instructor.
  • 1 hour class, every Wednesday at 8:00 pm. 
  • 1 hour class, every Saturday at 9:00 am. 
  • Yoga attire (or athletic attire)
  • Focused on strengthening your body and preventing common pain and injuries through specific exercise routines.

One-on-one (individual class)

  • Individual class (not a group class).
  • One-on-One instruction with undivided attention.
  • Kids and Adults.
  • 1 hour class.
  • Structured according to the person's needs.
  • Scheduled mainly during weekends.
