Why Train?

There are many benefits to training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Starting with the mental aspect; Jiu-Jitsu will make you think and learn to react in different situations, and teach you how to overcome difficult scenarios, which you can benefit on your day to day life. On the physical aspect;  Jiu-Jitsu can help you loose weight, get fit, solve problems, boost your self-esteem, become more patient, be more humble, or simply learn self-defense, while having fun.
